Our Story

For the better part of three decades, we have had the great privilege of educating and coaching self-made families of significant wealth. We have seen the bumps, bruises and late-night fears, some of which came true, and others averted.

In this work, we observe a prevailing truth. Families want to be connected and in harmony. Advisors, coaches and counselors long to support the families’ journeys. Between and among the two schools of thought lies myriad gaps and blind spots.

Many are unaware that an entire industry exists to support thriving multigenerational wealth. There are proven methodologies to help families identify vision and purpose and prepare heirs for their unique futures. 

Traditional financial planning and estate planning are simply the beginning of the journey. Documents, death and distributions are a catalyst to wealth transition – barely scratching the surface of successful multigenerational impact. 

If a family intends to leave significant assets to heirs, together we must pose the tough questions about how it will impact the heirs’ well-being. Are they prepared for the technical complexity and wise stewardship? Do they know their life path and the family’s common purpose? If not, how can we prepare them for a thriving future of life with wealth?

The Mastering Multigenerational Wealth™ Conference was created to meet this need—providing education, guided conversations, trusted connections, and true collaboration to support families and the professionals who serve them. Now in its third annual year, the conference is designed to move beyond theory into real-world insight, tools, and shared learning.

Looking ahead, our vision extends beyond the conference. The Family Prosperity Alliance will bring families and professionals together in a safe, co-learning environment where experience, wisdom, and best practices converge. The knowledge already exists. Now is the time to connect it—and intentionally design an integrated model for multigenerational success.
